Blog Love #5

Ever since I started blogging, its become second nature to read my favourite blogs, check twitter and to see how they have enjoyed their days on Instagram.  The list grows weekly and I feel I am beginning to know these blogs as people rather than something I am just reading from my computer screen. My blog is nowhere in league with some of my most favourites, but its something I love doing and as long as I keep enjoying it, I will carry on with it.

I have a “blogs I heart” page dedicated to my most favourite but I have decided to do a little feature that showcases them and their blog. The reason being, because my list is endless and I just don’t want to keep adding to it without explanation!  Now I am sorry if this totally embarrasses you, apologies in advance!

This week I am featuring Kerri-Ann from Life Of Our Little Family.

I have only just recently {within the last few months} started to read KA’s blog. It was an instant hit and its one I really like to catch up on. Its such a fresh blog and KA writes its beautifully. It engages you, so it makes you want to go back and read more.

 KA is a full time working mummy and juggles work and looking after Mr H, Lil G and not forgetting the family dog Alfie Bear.  Everything KA blogs about is cheery and always puts a smile on my face. I think its lovely that you can relate to others blogs and I definitely relate to this one.

Recently KA had a major blog re-design, and it’s definitely fro the better. Its so fresh and current and she is so proud of it. I think its such a beautiful design and fits in to her very lovely blog.

Lil G is just the sweetest little boy, he has amazing fashion sense {just like is mummy!} He really is the apple of his mummy’s eye, and every spare minute KA gets its spent with him.

KA joins up with quite a few link-ups, one being #littlelove.. Friday is my favourite day of the week, its when I sit down and read all that have joined in and find out what they have been getting up too. You find so much out about someone through this blog hop and I feel I really know KA {and all the others who share their #littlelove} I feel if I was to meet KA in a room, we would probably hit it off straight away. Its so weird that just by reading someones blog that can happen.

If by any chance you have not heard of KA then you really should head over and have a look at her “thoughts”

Here is a link if you want to go and check out Kerri-Ann and her amazing blog! {its definitely as must!}

This week I am featuring Emma for Life At The Littlewood

Recently I started reading Emma’s lovely blog over at life at the littlewood.. Everything about this gorgeous blog is perfect and its so up there with my favourites.

I found Emma through Morgana’s blog when she linked up with #littlelove one week, and since then I have not looked back.I was devastated when Emma took a blog siesta through the holidays but she was constantly updating Instagram with gorgeous photos to keep me {and others} updated of her whereabouts!

Emma blogs about her very gorgeous family, Eva, Noah, Annie, and Mr M. Its not all based around family things though. Emma has blogged about fashion, Her home {which is stunning might I add!} what her and her family get up too, and food..

Its not that difficult to get pulled into Emma’s blog, I happened to read one post and then a few hours later I was still reading archived posts. It is such a lovely blog to read. Its not all about the family though, there are some serious blog posts which are so beautifully written. I find myself nodding along as I am reading as they are honest and true. Its nice to know that behind the blog is a normal everyday person who is the same as me and you.

Emma’s fashion sense is amazing {not just hers but her little kiddies too!} One of my favourite things to do on Instagram is see what she has been wearing {she can pull anything off} We both have a love for Solillas shoes and thanks to her and another very talented blogger I bought my first {and second} pair!

I sometimeS wonder if bloggers really know how good their own blogs are.. This is the reason for these little Blog Love posts, I want the bloggers to know how appreciated their blogs are and what an influence they have on their readers.. Emma’s is such a wonderful, happy, place to stop by. Its an honest “diary” of her and her little families world and it really is a joy to read. I am rather chuffed I came across it!

If by any chance you have not heard of Emma then you really should head over and have a look at her little space

Blog Love #3

Ever since I started blogging, its become second nature to read my favourite blogs, check twitter and to see how they have enjoyed their days on Instagram.  The list grows weekly and I feel I am beginning to know these blogs as people rather than something I am just reading from my computer screen. My blog is nowhere in league with some of my most favourites, but its something I love doing and as long as I keep enjoying it, I will carry on with it.

This week I am featuring Morgana over at butwhymummywhy?

Morgana, is wonderful and her blog is an extensions of herself.. She blogs about family life, fashion, food, and eveything in bewtween, and she also hosts my favourite link ever {fact} Love The Little Things {or #littlelove}

Morgana and her two gorgeous children {Noo and E} are fashion frenzy, there is always a picture popping up, of either Morgana herself, Noo or E looking rather stylish!

Back to the beginning though! I first started reading butwhymummywhy? when I first started blogging and it was the link up {which was then called Something I love} that drawed me to it. {Its amazing how after just a few reads you begin to actually think you know this person!} So linking up each week and finding new blogs became a regular thing for me, and the posts in-between that Morgana wrote were the cherry on the cake.

I quickly added the blog to my Bloglovin feed, added Morgana on Instagram, Twitter and was constantly receiving updates to my phone! {Not stalker-ish what-so-ever!} We would chat about MIC, Grays, Ray Donavon {swoon} and lastly my new favourite programme Nashville, which she introduced me too through #littlelove.. We would normally compare notes via the link on a Friday..

Morgana writes really well and pulls you in to her posts. I particularly liked the posts about “my angry 5 year old” as I can really relate to them at the moment. Post reviewing products are also my favourite as I have terrible skin and I’ve found some really good advice and information from some beauty skin care products that Morgana has reviewed.

I like the fact the Morgana isn’t just the normal parenting blog, the fact that she writes about so much is one of the reasons I love it so much.. Its a little mixture of everything which makes is that little bit more special..

Blog Love #2

This week I am featuring Carie from Space For The Butterflies.

I started reading Carie’s blog when I linked up to her blog hop “What We’re Reading”. I quickly fell in love with Carie’s writing. Her blog is well and truly beautifully written.

Carie blogs about family life with 3 gorgeous children.. Kitty, Elma and most recently the very cute Little Pip. I honestly thought Carie had the perfect family until just over six months ago she posted a picture on Instagram saying she was pregnant with number 3 {if anything is going to get me broody its this!} I read her weekly accounts of updates and It was a delight to follow her through it.. Carrie then went suddenly quiet so I just knew something was brewing and yep… A day later Pip arrived.. And her family is just perfect! Its adorable seeing her girls with their baby brother!

Carrie writes about the daily things, such as lunches out with her girls {before pip of course, but most recently she wrote a post about the family going out as a 5!}, The milestone post about Kitty and Elma {and soon to be Pip no doubt!} Its lovely to read and it gives you a sense of knowing her family just that little bit more..

she takes the most gorgeous photos and links them up with a blog hops such as “Siblings” “Living Arrows” “The Ordinary Moments” and “This Moment” Her children are very photogenic, which is always a good thing! Her photo’s always make me smile and gets me to step back and say wow..

As well as family life, Carie manages to fit in the odd Crochet/knitting into her busy schedule! Most recently creating some gorgeous knits for Little Pip. I am a huge fan of her Ravelry site, she has an amazing collection of socks which she has made! Pretty impressive and slightly jealous that she wears such gorgeous socks!  I managed to get a few tips out of her regarding a very ripply ripple blanket.. I honestly do not know how she fits it all in!

The way Carie writes is really beautiful, its something I only wish I could do, its so eloquently done, whether Carie knows it or not, her blog is truly beautiful in more ways than one…

Carie is up there in my favourite blogs I like to read, and if you have not had a read of Space For Butterflies then you really should, you will fall into it just like I have

Blog Love #1

Ever since I started blogging, its become second nature to read my favourite blogs, check twitter and to see how they have enjoyed their days on Instagram.  The list grows weekly and I feel I am beginning to know these blogs as people rather than something I am just reading from my computer screen. So this week is the lovely Katie over at mummydaddyme

Katie is such a successful blogger and the reason I have chosen her is because, I absolutely LOVE reading about her little family. Lately she has been posting the most gorgeous videos of days out, glamping holidays and also posts about her fitness regime and running, which are so inspiring!

I started reading Katie’s blog when she was pregnant with LL. I started by reading her pregnancy diary, I was hooked from then on in. I’ve watched {or read} all about LL’s milestones. Ive seen Mads {her eldest,} grow from a toddler to a gorgeous little girl.

Just when I though Katie’s blog couldn’t get any better, she uploads a video of Mads 1st interview. I giggled all the way through and it really made me smile. The innocence really comes across in the video. Since then, Katie has made lots more, of days out, birthdays and holidays. They are so well put together and a joy to watch.

Its not just the videos and words that I love about mummydaddymemakesthree. Last year, Katie came up with the  link up The Ordinary Moments and its here that I have found so many more blogs to read, its this link up thats made my list grow. It is also the reason I take more pictures of my children.

Katie’s blog is not just about her family, it covers fitness, home decor, the odd baking post {which always look yummy!} and photography. The majority is family orientated but its lovely to see other parts of Katie, the fitness posts are amazing and even prompted me to get fit! {which I have slacked on!}

Katie is an inspiration and if you have not popped over and seen what she gets up to with her family then you must.
